Rewrite Labs operates rewritelabs.vercel.app and the associated product suite. We take your privacy seriously.
What we collect
- Website analytics — anonymous page-view data via Microsoft Clarity. No personal data is captured at the website level.
- For products with accounts (Unclause, ToneFix, FocusVision, Lectura.AI, DataPulse, Sage, Nura, and rewritelabs.vercel.app) — name and email via Clerk (Google or email sign-in). Subscription status is stored in Clerk account metadata.
- Newsletter — operated via LinkedIn. Data is governed by LinkedIn's Privacy Policy.
What we do NOT collect
- Documents uploaded to Unclause, Lectura.AI, and DataPulse are parsed in your browser and never uploaded to our servers.
- Message content analyzed by ToneFix is processed in real-time and never stored or logged on our servers.
- Webcam data processed by FocusVision never leaves your device — all detection runs locally in your browser.
- We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing.
Third-party services
- Clerk — authentication for all Rewrite Labs products with accounts. Governed by Clerk's Privacy Policy.
- Razorpay — payment processing for all Pro subscriptions (individual and bundle). Governed by Razorpay's Privacy Policy.
- Groq — AI inference across all Rewrite Labs tools. Content is processed transiently per Groq's terms.
- Microsoft Clarity — anonymous analytics on this website.
Data deletion
To delete your account and associated data, email rewritelabshq@gmail.com and we will process your request within 7 business days.
Terms & Conditions
By using rewritelabs.vercel.app or any Rewrite Labs product, you agree to these terms. Rewrite Labs reserves the right to update these terms; continued use constitutes acceptance.
Use of products
- All Rewrite Labs tools are provided for personal and professional use.
- You must not use any tool to process confidential third-party data without proper authorisation.
- You must not abuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to overload any product or API.
- Free tiers are provided as-is with no uptime guarantee.
Subscriptions
- Individual Pro plans — Unclause, ToneFix, FocusVision, Lectura.AI, DataPulse: ₹199/month. Sage, Nura: ₹399/month. Billed via Razorpay.
- Rewrite Labs Pro Bundle — all 8 tools: ₹599/month or ₹3,999/year (₹333/month). Billed via Razorpay on rewritelabs.vercel.app.
- You may purchase either an individual tool plan or the bundle — not both simultaneously for the same tool.
- Subscriptions auto-renew. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- Price lock: existing subscribers keep their current price as long as their subscription remains active and uninterrupted, even if we raise prices for new subscribers in the future.
AI-generated content
All Rewrite Labs tools use AI to generate suggestions, rewrites, analyses, and insights. These are suggestions only. Always review AI output before acting on it. Rewrite Labs is not liable for any outcomes resulting from acting on AI-generated content.
Intellectual property
All content, branding, code, and tools at Rewrite Labs are the property of Rewrite Labs. You may not reproduce or redistribute any part of any product without explicit written permission.
Limitation of liability
Rewrite Labs tools are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from use of any product.
Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all Pro subscriptions across all Rewrite Labs products.

- Any future Pro product launched by Rewrite Labs, unless stated otherwise at launch.
How to request a refund
Email rewritelabshq@gmail.com within 7 days of your purchase with the subject line "Refund Request — [Product Name]". Include the email address used to sign up and your Razorpay payment ID if available.
We will process your refund within 5–7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
After 7 days
Refunds are not available after the 7-day window. You may cancel your subscription at any time to stop future charges, but past payments are non-refundable after this period.
